Announcement on Changes in Directors and Personnel Changes

YASKAWA Electric Corporation (Head Office: Kitakyushu, Fukuoka; Representative Director, President: Masahiro Ogawa) announces that its Board of Directors has decided today on the list of candidates for Director to be submitted to the 110th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for May 27, 2026. The Company also announces the following personnel changes, which will take effect on May 27, 2026, following the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.

１．Candidates for Directors (excluding Directors who are Members of the Audit and Supervisory Committee)

(Note 1) Hiroshi Ogasawara, Representative Director, Chairman of the Board, will be appointed Representative Director, Chairman of the Board and President after being reappointed as Director at the 110th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.

(Note 2) Ayumi Hayashida, Senior Executive Officer, will be appointed Director, Managing Executive Officer after being appointed Director at the 110th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.

(Note 3) Masahiro Ogawa, Representative Director, President, will retire from the position of Director at the close of the 110th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and assume the position of Vice Chairman, Executive Officer.

(Note 4) Yasuhiko Morikawa, Director, will retire from the position of Director at the close of the 110th Annual General Meeting.
