Establishment of a Local Affiliate in Turkey

　　Yaskawa Electric Corporation (Junji Tsuda, Representative Director, Chairman and President) established YASKAWA Turkey Elektrik Ticaret Ltd. Sti. (hereafter “Yaskawa Turkey”), a local affiliate in Turkey under Yaskawa Europe GmbH, the regional headquarters in Europe.

1. Purpose of Establishment

　　The average real economic growth rate of Turkey exceeds 5% for the last 10 years and the market expansion is expected to continue. Yaskawa is expanding its business operations in the Middle East and Eastern Europe, a promising market, and as a part of this initiative, established a local affiliate to enhance the sales and service operations in Turkey.
　　Yaskawa Turkey will provide our core products of AC drives, servo motors and controllers, robots, and the solutions using these products.
