Notice of the Passing of an Executive Officer

　YASKAWA Electric Corporation announces that Masahiro Ogawa, Vice Chairman and Executive Officer, passed away following an illness on October 2, 2026.

Accordingly, he ceased to serve as an Executive Officer on the same date.

We sincerely appreciate the kindness and support extended to him throughout his career.
