YASKAWA Electric Corporation (Head Office: Kitakyushu, Fukuoka, Japan; Representative Director, Chairman of the Board and President: Hiroshi Ogasawara) announces that YASKAWA Europe Robotics d.o.o. has established European Robotics Distribution Center (ERDC), a logistics facility located in Kočevje, Slovenia, and relocated and expanded YASKAWA Ristro d.o.o. to streamline the logistics system and expand production capacity for the European robotics business.

　This initiative aims to strengthen the robotics business in Europe, where future growth is expected. Specifically, the establishment of ERDC enables shorter delivery lead times, lower logistics costs, and optimized inventory by centralizing logistics functions.　In addition, YASKAWA Ristro d.o.o., previously located in Ribnica, Slovenia, has been relocated to the same site, integrating development, production, and system factory functions. This integration will further enhance customer support capabilities as a hub for solution technology.

　Through this initiative, Yaskawa has increased the production capacity of robots. Simultaneously, its robot systems business will be able to serve a broader range of industries, including construction and agricultural machinery, as well as the automotive market.
