■ For the Safe and Reliable Use of AC Drives

The standard design service life (expected lifespan) of this product under normal operating conditions is approximately 10 years*1.
If you continue to use the product beyond its expected lifespan, not only result in the product failing to perform as intended, but the aging of internal components may also lead to unforeseen problems such as smoke, fire, or electric shock.
To maintain your equipment in optimal condition at all times and to prevent unexpected accidents, we recommend performing routine inspections, periodic overhauls, and planning for product replacement after approximately 10 years of standard lifespan.
Please note that we shall not be liable for any defects or damages arising from use of the product beyond its standard lifespan.

The main components with limitedーservice life are as follows:

Components Cooling Fan Main Circuit Capacitor Control Circuit Capacitor

*1 In environments subject to high temperature, high humidity, vibration, dust, or corrosive gases, or in applications involving frequent acceleration/deceleration with significant load fluctuations, the expected lifespan may be significantly reduced. In such cases, earlier inspection and replacement than the recommended period are strongly advised.

*2 The indication of the maintenance life monitor varies depending on the AC Drives operating environment (such as ambient temperature, load factor, and operating rate).
