Yaskawa Group’s Framework for Promoting Sustainability

Based on group principle of management, we established a sustainability policy to accelerate its efforts to realize a sustainable society and increase corporate value. To achieve this, we identified materiality to promote strategic sustainability by developing targets in our Long-term Business Plan and Mid-term Business plan.

Sustainability Promotion System

We have established a Sustainability Committee chaired by the president, which is attended by heads of related divisions and outside directors as advisors to promote sustainability management for the Group as a whole.
This committee promotes the planning, deliberation, group deployment, and monitoring of priority measures and policies related to materiality and company-wide sustainability (ESG).
